Information for Troop Meeting 1/20

All Scouts:

-There will be a uniform inspection, please come in uniform and with all of the current patches on your uniform.

-Tuesday, the 20th is the last day for Boards of Review and blue card submission. Slots are still available for Scoutmaster’s conferences, which must be completed before the board of review.

-We will be having merit badge classes, please bring all of the materials necessary for your merit badge class

Announcements for 1/6

All Scouts:

-Final Sign ups, Menu Planning, Tent buddies, shared equipment for Individual Partol Campout

-Scouts need to get their current Leadership Patches on and take off old ones. We will be doing an inspection in the next few weeks. Pants will be on the inspection sheet too.

-PLC on January 15th at 6:52 PM at Mr. Traganza’s house. The QMs, Librarian, OA Rep, Webmaster, and Mentor Coordinator need to attend this meeting if want their leadership requirement to be passed off.

-Jan 23 Phimont Meeting 7-9 PM at TPCC. This is a required meeting and at least 1 parent needs to attend with their Scout.

-Court of Honor is coming up in February. January 20 is the last day for Boards of Review and to turn in Merit Badge Blue Cards.

Prep for Patrol Campouts

Patrol Leaders:

-Decide on a location to for the patrol campout
-Select one of the weekends to go, either 1/9 - 1/11 or 1/16 - 1/19
-Collect Fees and Permission slips for the campout
-Menu Plan
-Disperse money to grub master
-Pick tent buddies
-Use packing list to pack
-Determine what patrol gear is needed and get it from the shed
